Work Out: a series of strenuous exercises which help convert fats, sugars, and starches into aches, pains, and cramps.

Today I am sore all over. I worked out Tuesday night, relaxed Wednesday, did Yoga on Thursday and went for a walk, and then yesterday did yoga again and went for a longer walk, with Mr.T-Bone almost dragging me the whole way. And then today, we are working out again! I didn't have any bad pain at all until this morning, which kind of explains why I'm up so early, well it's almost nine now, but I've been awake since six thirty or so. My muscle pain woke me up, not too often you hear read that ! Anyways, I should get dressed and go eat breakfast, I'm pretty sure the dog wants some food too.
